A mostra acontece entre 07 de dezembro de 2012 e 13 de janeiro de 2013 no Museu de Arte Contemporânea do Rio Grande do Sul (MAC/RS), ocupando a Galeria Xico Stockinger, localizada na Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana, em Porto Alegre.

The exhibition takes place in 7th December 2012 and 13 January 2013 at Contemporary Art Museum of Rio Grande do Sul, in Porto Alegre, south of Brazil. 

É um trabalho colaborativo entre o artista plástico Antônio Augusto Bueno e o jornalista, músico e escritor Rodrigo dMart. Um projeto transmídia de diálogo e investigação sobre o processo criativo.

“The Last Man on the Moon” is a collaborative work between the artist Antonio Augusto Bueno and journalist, musician and writer Rodrigo dMart. A transmedia project of dialogue and research on the creative process.

A proposta integra diferentes linguagens artísticas como desenho, literatura, escultura, fotografia, vídeo, ilustração, colagem, assemblage e manipulação digital de imagens e textos. O trabalho tem como ponto de partida o conto “O Último Homem na Lua”, escrito por dMart, uma fábula lírica no gênero ficção científica que trata sobre o fim da humanidade.

The proposal integrates different artistic techniques such as drawing, literature, sculpture, photography, video, illustration, collage, assemblage and digital manipulation of images and texts. The work has as starting point with the short story “The Last Man on the Moon“, written by dMart, a lyrical fable in science fiction genre that deals with the end of humanity.

O projeto irá resultar em exposição, performance, livro de artista, livro ilustrado, vídeos, além de ações educativas como palestra e oficinas sobre desenho e narrativa.

The project will result in exhibition, performance, artist’s book, illustrated book, videos and educational lecture about the creative process and workshops on drawing and narrative.
